Operations Manager / Design Assistant

We’re looking for someone really great to join our team.

This role is part Operations Manager, part Design Assistant — and a key part of how everything comes together day-to-day. You’ll help manage timelines, coordinate projects, support design decisions, handle logistics, and jump in wherever needed.

Some days are desk-focused, others will have you out visiting job sites around the South Bay. It’s dynamic, hands-on, and never boring — ideal for someone who likes being involved and staying busy.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is organized, systematic and highly detail-oriented

  • Is confident, proactive and solutions focused

  • Has a strong sense of style - an eye for design or conceptualizing space is a plus

  • Communicates well and can stay on top of many moving pieces

  • Is adaptable and comfortable wearing a lot of hats

Experience in construction, interior design, or project management is a plus — but not required. We care just as much about mindset and work ethic.

We’re a small, local team that genuinely enjoys what we do. The environment is creative, supportive, and down-to-earth. 

Prefer if you can confidently navigate: google workspace, QBO, social media, Canva. 

Bonus points if you keep things organized without making it feel like a chore!

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
